Split Liners
Split liners mainly used where no access to install regular one piece bushes or sleeve. Our manufacturing & machining facility provide split liners with very close tolerance and best installation ease.
Stern Tube Bushes & General Bushes
The stern tube bushes consist of sealing arrangement to prevent ingress of water and to avoid the lubricating oil to escape into the sea. It also prevents shafts to be work freely at reduced wear & long life without surface material wear. It comes in different materials, includes Single / Bi-Metal or Tri metals in some cases. We are specialized in supply of all Copper Grade Bushes specially made from Semi Centrifugal or Centrifugal casting process.
Sleeves
To avoid complete scrapping of original part due to wear, we can provide Oversize / Undersize Sleeves & followed by Re-Boaring / Machining. Our expert solution of reverse engineering provide complete solution of sleeve fitment in any special material.

What it is
A chrome steel liner is made of steel with added chrome to increase resistance to corrosion. It's used in both the aft and forward seal boxes of a ship's stern tube.
How it works
The aft seal prevents water from entering the stern tube and oil from leaking outside. The forward seal prevents oil from leaking from the stern tube to the engine room.
How it's fitted
The chrome steel liner is tightened to the split clamp ring on the propeller shaft using bolts
